By booking a taxi with RamaYatra, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Booking
Bookings can be made through phone or WhatsApp. A booking is confirmed only after confirmation from RamaYatra.
Round Trip Service
RamaYatra provides round-trip taxi services only. One-way taxi bookings are currently not available.
Customer Responsibilities
- Provide accurate pickup information.
- Be available at the scheduled pickup time.
- Respect the vehicle and driver.
Payments
Trip charges are communicated before confirmation. Additional charges, if any, will be discussed in advance.
Liability
RamaYatra is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather conditions, road closures or other circumstances beyond our control.
Changes
These terms may be updated without prior notice.
